You are unable… somebody has to do it (and somebody is always you)…. I am responsible or guilty for…. That is why I have to suffer….you are useless… you have to work to make money….Money/success makes you happy….just slim is pretty…

Smoking is dangerous to your health, can kill….I cannot do this….

Nobody loves me….no wonder you are ill, having this kind of lifestyle….and so on……There are un-counted variations of believe systems and suggestions we were programmed to react on and they work wonderfully.

From the first second on in our life we tapped into mass consciousness, a subconscious motivation, a lie, it was chosen for us, we did not choose for us.

Look at commercials, politics, religion, media- all of them are using this pattern and it works perfectly.

There is one thing all of these have in common: They are limiting and restricting us.

What is happening here with us?

Most people are just reacting to external happenings. Even so they are creators, they allowed themselves to be non-creators.

These happenings are influencing and guiding their life, but very seldom do they make a conscious decision.

So you could say we are over-directed. We did not make a conscious choice, we simply agreed to what was before, and because it always were, and because everybody is doing it.

But it is not my or your truth!

One session takes about 45-60 minutes and the costs is $100 at the moment

The initial info-session is free of charge, I provide you with a sheet to prepare yourself - conscious breathing is part of the session.

Since every session is different the time frame is approximately.
